Who we are

Little Marcus is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@littlemarcusworld.com.

This site is for adults

This website is for parents, carers and teachers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

What we collect

If you sign up for the Bedtime Pack: your email address, the story language you choose and, if you give it, your child’s age range (never a name or birthday). If you request a nursery pilot: your name, your organisation, city, work email, approximate number of children and your message.

Why we use it

To send you what you asked for (the pack, new stories, or a reply about the pilot). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

On our web host’s server, in a file that is not publicly accessible, and in our email inbox. If we later move to an email service, we will update this page first.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Our sample video is hosted on this site. Links to YouTube take you to YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Pilot requests are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the use of your data at any time by writing to hello@littlemarcusworld.com. Every email we send has a one-click way to unsubscribe.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update this page.
